You're invisible where people actually look
Most emergency home-service jobs start on a phone map, not a search box. If your business has no verified listing on Google Maps and Apple Maps, you are not in the running — the job goes to whoever is.
Roofers, remodelers, garage door and chimney companies don't lose jobs because they're bad at the work. They lose jobs because their business can't be found, or the map shows the wrong address, the wrong hours, or nothing at all. We fix that — and then we keep it fixed.
A few of the businesses we keep on the map
Three quiet failures cost home-service companies more revenue than any competitor ever will.
Most emergency home-service jobs start on a phone map, not a search box. If your business has no verified listing on Google Maps and Apple Maps, you are not in the running — the job goes to whoever is.
Old addresses, dead phone numbers, wrong service areas, duplicate listings competing with each other. Map platforms quietly downrank businesses whose data doesn't line up, and nobody sends you a warning email.
One location is a bad afternoon. Twelve locations across four states, each needing verification, photos, categories, hours and service areas kept in sync across three platforms, is a full-time job you never wanted.
We are not a reseller and not a directory. We do the operational work ourselves, for one industry, so we get to be very good at it.
Business listings are the backbone of local demand for contractors, so they are our core product — not an add-on to something else.
We never touch a listing without written authorization from the business owner. Every location we manage is traceable to a signed agreement.
Our operations tooling handles hundreds of locations across states and trades without turning quality into a numbers game.
Live status per location, what changed, when it changed, and who changed it. No monthly PDF that hides the details.
Start with listings. Add a website and paid demand when the foundation is solid.
Create, verify, correct and maintain business listings on Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect and Bing Places. Duplicate cleanup, category and service-area strategy, ongoing monitoring.

Every step produces something you can look at, and nothing goes live without your sign-off.
We inventory every listing that already exists for your business across Google, Apple and Bing — including the duplicates you didn't know about. You sign a short authorization letting us act on your behalf, and only then do we touch anything.
We build one canonical record per location: legal name, address, phone, hours, service areas, categories, service list, photos. This record becomes the single source of truth that every platform is measured against.
We create or claim each listing, complete platform verification, and submit corrections where a listing already exists. You get a status line per location, per platform, so you always know what stage each one is at.
Listings drift. Platforms merge duplicates, users suggest edits, hours change at the holidays. We rescan on a schedule, catch changes, and fix them — and you can see the full change history at any time.
A sample of the 451 locations we manage. Every name below links to the live listing or the live site — check any of them.
Published prices, month-to-month, and no charge for the audit that tells you which of these you need.
What is never included in the price: advertising spend, domain registration and
platform verification fees. We pass those through at cost with the receipt attached.
What is always included: the audit, onboarding, the authorization paperwork, and
handover of everything we build if you decide to leave.
If yours isn't here, email us and we'll answer it properly.
No, and that is deliberate. The business owner owns the listing. We are added as a manager so we can do the work, and we can be removed at any time without you losing anything.
The same applies to websites, ad accounts and phone numbers. If you leave, everything stays with you.
Creating and submitting a listing takes a day or two once we have your data and authorization. Platform verification is the variable — it can be instant, or it can involve a postcard, a video call or a document review, depending on the platform and the trade.
We handle the verification process itself and tell you what stage each location is at.
That is most of our work. Duplicate listings competing with each other, an old address that still ranks, a phone number from two owners ago. We consolidate, correct and reclaim rather than piling new listings on top of broken ones.
Today we manage 451 listings across 8 trades: roofing, general construction and remodeling, garage doors, chimney, air duct, gates, sliding doors and molding. Anything adjacent to home services and residential construction is comfortable territory for us.
Month-to-month. We ask for a written authorization to manage your listings, which you can revoke whenever you like, but there is no minimum term on the service itself.
Tell us how many locations you run and which trades you're in. We'll audit what's already live on Google, Apple and Bing, show you exactly what's wrong, and quote a fixed monthly price per location.
