Authorization before action
We do not create, claim or modify a listing without written authorization from the business owner naming that location. This has lost us deals with people who wanted it done quietly. That is fine.
A New York corporation that does one thing: keeps U.S. home-service contractors correctly represented on the maps and search surfaces their customers actually use.
The people behind Universal Builders Group have spent years operating and supporting home-service businesses in the United States — garage door repair, chimney service, roofing, remodeling. Dispatch, technicians, invoices, the lot.
That work made one thing obvious. The single largest gap between a contractor who is busy and a contractor who is not is rarely craftsmanship or price. It is whether the business appears, correctly, at the moment a customer with a problem opens a map.
Marketing agencies treat listings as a checkbox on the way to selling ads. Directory companies treat them as inventory. Neither actually does the operational work: verifying the data, merging the duplicates, appealing the suspension, keeping the record accurate two years later. So we built a company that does exactly that, for the industry we already understood.
Today we manage 451 listings across 23 states and 8 trades, and we run 143 client websites that sit on top of them.

These are operating constraints, not slogans. Two of them cost us revenue on a regular basis.

Every location we publish is an operating company at an address we have verified, with a phone a human answers. We turn away work that fails this test.
No keyword-stuffed business names, no virtual mailbox addresses, no fake locations to farm a service area, no review manipulation. These tactics work briefly and then take the client's listing down with them.
Change history per field, per location. If a client or a platform asks what we did and when, we can show them.
Tell us how many locations you run and which trades you're in. We'll audit what's already live on Google, Apple and Bing, show you exactly what's wrong, and quote a fixed monthly price per location.
